Workshop Registration, Fees, and Terms:

Workshop location is D. M. Gremlin Studios, 6053 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805.

Workshop prices are as follows:

"Back in Blacklight" - $250, or $260 if paid via PayPal.
"Industrial Lighting Magic" - $250, or $260 if paid via PayPal.
"Introductory Lighting Techniques" - $175, or $180 if paid via PayPal.

Please make sure to review "What to Bring" for any workshop.

Registration is limited to a maximum of 8 photographers, on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.
Registration fees must be paid in full in advance.
Workshop fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Payment may be made by cash, money order, check, or PayPal, as follows:
Cash payment can be made in person at the studio, by appointment.
Payment will be accepted by check, either in person or by mail, until 10 days prior to any workshop date.
Please write checks to D. M. Gremlin Studios.
Within 10 days of any workshop, payment options are cash/money order or PayPal only.
A transaction fee based upon the workshop price will be added to all PayPal payments.
A receipt will be provided for all payments.

The following information is requested upon registration:
**Participant's name, billing address, and contact telephone number (required)
**Primary photographic style (fine art, fashion, glamour, etc)
**Goal in attending the workshop
**Link to online portfolio (personal web site, Model Mayhem, deviantART, or other site displaying participant's work)
