Rosie & Andy: Bilingual Songs for Children is an album of teaching songs for basic Spanish-language skills. Teacher and songwriter Hilary Bell presents her lessons through the characters of Rosie and Andy, handmade puppets that are also her own creations.

CD recording and photo shoot for the project both took place at D. M. Gremlin Studios during 2011.
